I ordered the bumblebee monogram, and the next day asked for a change of lettering on one line. I received an immediate response, and was assured the change would be made. Upon receiving the monogram, I was very pleased with its quality/size. It was exactly as described. I gifted the monogram to a teacher, then panicked for three weeks about whether I'd gotten the "Est 1995" correct. (I couldn't remember if I'd requested the change for the appropriate forst year of teaching.) I was too embarassed to ask the teacher, so I emailed Lakeshore. Again- I received an immediate response that gave me the relief I needed! They also attached an actual picture of the monogram itself to help me feel better. This was wonderful, as I had not snapped my own picture of it before I gifted it. Now I can look back on it whenever I choose, and remember the special teacher who received it. Thank you very much for a fantastic transaction.
